The electronic Jersey Beneficial Ownership Register went on line in 2017 and the first release of our app (fb-JBOR) provided support for making Beneficial Ownership submissions and updates directly through the JFSC Registry’s API functionality. 

The Jersey Registry is now embarking on an ambitious programme to expand the digital services offered through its API programme encompassing the key business functions for managing and maintaining entity records at the Registry including Annual Confirmation. 

The new services will open up a whole new world of possibilities in the way that corporate standing data is managed and processed within the financial services industry.  We will be bringing our experience of delivering workflow based solutions that incorporate management, review, approval and authorisation of data together with audit trail logging prior to submission of data to the Registry.  Integration with host systems will also be key and again our experience of this will be utilised.

A key goal for the clients we have initially engaged with is to provide an easy to use bulk data upload process in addition to the automation of the Annual Certification workflow.  This work and the general functionality is progressing nicely.

Easy Licence and Support agreement. Software is licensed on a Software as a Service (SaaS) annual licence and support agreement. Software support, updates and enhancements are inclusive in the agreement.
